Food for the Heartland (and Beyond)

We’ve featured a variety of foods that were created by Midwesterners here on Midwest Almanac. I thought it might be fun to take a look at a few.

We actually have two posts on that, well, I used to eat it as a kid and I guess I liked it. But I’m not sure I consider it a tasty treat.

I don’t know about you all, but I think I’ll stick with the Reuben.
